How to generate a 90-day social media calendar from your website

Most businesses don't fail at social media because their posts are bad. They fail because the calendar is empty: nobody had two spare hours on a Tuesday to plan, write, design and schedule fifteen posts. The content that never gets made loses to mediocre content that ships, every single time.

RobotBoy attacks exactly that problem. You give it one thing you already have, your website, and it returns a complete day-by-day calendar: every post written for every platform, AI images on paid plans, and AI video on Pro and above. Here is the entire workflow, with real screenshots.

Step 1: paste your website

Open the generator and drop your URL into the first field. RobotBoy scans the site and works out your industry, your tone of voice and what you actually sell, before writing a single word. Your brand name gets pinned into the content so the calendar talks about your business, not a generic one.

Two fields. The scan does the research a strategist would bill a day for.

No website yet? Switch to Manual Input and describe the business in a sentence or two. The scan is a shortcut, not a requirement.

Step 2: tune the content settings

Four decisions, each one a dropdown: the language (seven available, written in native tone rather than translated), your industry if you want to override the auto-detection, what the calendar should achieve, and an optional free-text line about what's happening this month: a launch, a sale, a seasonal menu.

The focus line is where a generic calendar becomes YOUR campaign.
Why the focus line matters: "Promoting our new summer tasting menu" turns into launch-week posts, supplier stories and behind-the-scenes content that all build toward the same moment. One sentence in, a coherent campaign out.

Step 3: pick a plan and press the button

The free plan gives you a 7-day X (Twitter) calendar so you can judge the quality with zero risk. Paid plans scale up: more days, more platforms, AI images on every post, and from Pro upward a daily blog post plus AI video made with Google's Veo 3.1. Every plan is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

What comes out the other side

A full calendar, organised by day. Each day has its own theme that fits a bigger arc across the month, and each platform gets its own native voice: X is punchy, LinkedIn is professional, Instagram is visual and casual. Copy any post with one click, or regenerate an individual day until it feels right.

Same day, three platforms, three different voices. Nothing copy-pasted between them.

Going further: teach it your brand

On paid plans the Brand Kit lets you go from "sounds plausible" to "sounds like us". Add a tagline or a sample post so it learns your voice. Upload your logo and product photos and they are composited directly into your generated images and videos: real pixels, not an AI's guess at your logo. Pick your brand colours and every visual carries them.

The honest math

A 30-day calendar across four platforms is roughly 120 posts. At twenty minutes per post, that's 40 hours of writing: a full working week, every month. RobotBoy does it in one run, and you spend your time where humans still win: replying to comments, talking to customers, running the business the calendar is about.
